Amarettini green box

These almond cookies are rightly called almond cookies. The amarettini are nice and crispy and they have small sugar grains on them.

In Italy they are mainly used in desserts with, for example, a glass of Vin Santo wine. But you can serve them perfectly with coffee or tea or as a garnish over a coupe of ice cream.
