The one and only almond cookies from Florence, Tuscany. Delicious with lots of crunchy almonds.

The cantuccini was originally eaten with desert wine, but nowadays this is a perfect hard-baked cookie to dip in your cappuccino. But we also like it without dipping it in coffee or tea.
