Earl gray black tea

Earl Gray is a delicious black tea, which almost everyone knows.
The tea is flavored with bergamot oil for a fresh scent and a light citrus taste.

brewing advice:
Fill a t-sac or tea egg with 2 grams of tea per cup. Hang it in hot water +/- 100 degrees Celsius for 3 to 5 minutes.
