What about warranty?
All items you buy from us come with a legal guarantee. If you have a complaint about your item, we always take the type of item into account - in addition to the warranty. After you have registered your article, we will assess whether your complaint is justified. We will always let you know whether your complaint falls within or outside the warranty. That way you won't be faced with any surprises. Does your complaint fall within the warranty? Then the costs for the exchange or repair of your item will be for our account. Of course including shipping costs. If your complaint is not covered by the warranty, we will let you know what costs are involved in the repair or exchange. You can then decide for yourself whether you want to incur (part of) the costs. Sometimes research costs are charged. If this is the case, you will also find these costs in the overview you receive from us.
