How do I pay for my giftbox?

At Koopeencadeautje.nl you can pay safe, easy and superfast thanks to our payment provider Mollie. Mollie takes care of all our transactions and offers a range of payment menthods, all so you can comfortably pay for the giftbox of your choosing using the payment method you prefer most.

Through Mollie you are able to pay for your order using the following payment methods: iDeal, Creditcard, Apple Pay, Paypal, Klarna achteraf betalen, Sofort Banking, SEPA Direct, Bancontact, Giropay, KBC-CBC and ING Home’Pay.

How is my giftbox shipped?

Our goal first and foremost is to ship your order as soon as possible. If you place your order before 12.00u on workdays, we will ship your giftbox the very same day. Depending on the delivery service your parcel will be delivered to you or the happy recipient within within one to three workdays following the placement of your order. Unless you choose a different date. Should you do so, we will do what we can to deliver your giftbox on the chosen date. Pretty much all giftboxes are in stock and can be delivered immediately. The situation can occur, however, where one or more of the gifts is currently not in stock and we’ll have to wait to be resupplied. Have a little patience and your giftbox will be delivered to you as soon as possible. If this is the case you’ll be notified through e-mail.

Every giftbox will be shipped with a track & trace code so you can follow your shipment straight to your door. The shipment cost is € 5,95 for customers in the Netherlands and € 7,95 for customers in Belgium. It’s also possible to have your giftbox delivered during the evening. The shipping cost for evening delivery is € 7,50 and you can choose the date yourself.

How do I return my giftbox?

Are you unhappy with the giftbox you ordered and received or does it not live up entirely to your expectations? Please start by sending an e-mail to [email protected] and put the order number and the reason for returning your shipment in the subject line. After receiving your giftbox, you have 14 days to actually return your giftbox.

Terms for return shipments:

We try to process your return shipment as soon as possible, but we maintain a 7 workday processing period. This gives us enough time to properly process your return shipment without taking overly long, so you are reimbursed as soon as possible or, in the case of an after payment, have your invoice canceled. After we’ve processed your return shipment, it can take another five days tops before you’ll receive your refund. Did you pay using a Creditcard? Then it can take a while longer. Did you choose to pay later? Then the invoice will be canceled.
The giftbox and contents will have to be shipped back in the original packaging and be undamaged and unused. The giftbox will have to be returned in its entirety. If you keep one or more of the products that were in the giftbox, we won’t be able to process your return shipment until you have returned all products. The original shipment costs will be refunded upon a complete return shipment.

How can I exchange my giftbox?

It’s not possible to exchange your giftbox. It is, however, possible to return your current giftbox (provided it fullfills the conditions for a return shipment) and order a new one through the webshop.
