The ceramic traditions of Asia and the Netherlands are inextricably linked. In honor of this, Romy Kühne designed the 'Blue Fold' crockery. A surprising encounter between the Asian folding art of Origami and the Dutch Delft Blue. The service consists of three plates and three bowls. The work of Romy Kühne is characterized by geometric shapes and an eye for craftsmanship. “At a time when mass production and 'fast' techniques such as 3D printing predominate in design, I would like to preserve the craft. That is why I combine traditional and modern techniques and design. The 'Blue Fold' crockery is an example of this.” THIS TABLEWARE IS DISHWASHER, MICROWAVE AND OVEN SAFE.
